The default renderer produces four kinds of renderings:
- For each string that has an 'execute' definition, the default renderer generates a Logiweb abstract machine whose handler is the right hand side of the definition.
- The default renderer generates a file named 'lgwinclude.tex' which can be included by latex sources and which contains definitions of latex commands for generating time stamps and page references.
- The default renderer renders the body of the page.
- The default renderer renders the diagnose of the page.
Rendering of abstract machines is treated later. For the contents of lgwinclude.tex it is easiest just to look at
lgwinclude.tex of e.g. the check page.
Rendering of the diagnose is very similar to rendering of the body. The diagnose renderer sandwiches the diagnose between some latex code like a \begin{document} and an \end{document}, and the diagnose renderer generates a special page if the page is correct, but apart from that it essentially does like the body renderer which is described in the following.
