A ""N or ""C escape sequence was found in the lgs source but lgc was unable to translate the escape sequence into a list of definitions. To do the translation, lgc needs a number of constructs to be defined such as lgcvar (alternative name lgclgcvar). The error message states which construct lgc was unable to find. The base page defines all constructs needed to translate ""N or ""C escape sequences so one way to get rid of this message is to include the base page in the bibliography (using a ""R escape sequence).
