Lgc generates this progress message at verbosity level 3+ when it renders a page. If the message is presented without indicating which page is going to be rendered then it is the page being translated which is going to be rendered.
The rendering done is the standard rendering which results in files like index.html, extract.html, and so on in the rendering directory. Generation of the 'page' subdirectory of the rendering directory is done by 'user rendering' later on.
